We are Medi-Mere, the general practitioner practice of Almere since 1993. In recent years, digitalization has been increasing. For the patient, it is not always clear what the desired digital route is. CloudZorg assists you in this and guides you through the shortest route to the right place. There will be no changes to your various portals; these will simply remain in place.
CloudZorg directs you in Almere’s healthcare, and CloudDoctor guides you within your digital general practitioner practice.
With CloudDoctor, we aim to make general practitioner care digitally accessible. We will guide you through the digital journey and show you the useful online tools available to you as a patient. On CloudDoctor, we gather all general practitioner care in one place on a single platform. On CloudZorg, we bring together all primary and secondary care on one platform.

In de periode van 24 juli tot en met 1 september 2023 nemen onze locaties geen patiënten meer aan in het postcodegebied van de gewenste praktijk van Medi-Mere. Patiënten die zich aanmelden in deze periode worden op de wachtlijst geplaatst en na 1 september 2023 benaderd.
Wanneer u op de wachtlijst staat kunt u geen gebruik maken van ons zorgaanbod en dienen eventuele zorgvragen nog steeds aan de eigen huisarts te worden gesteld.
