We are CloudDokter, an online healthcare platform that will ensure you can visit the doctor anytime, anywhere. By registering with CloudDokter, you can easily pose a healthcare question through your phone, tablet, or computer.
The principle of CloudDokter’s is to answer your healthcare question 24/7 online/digitally as much as possible. Of course, we will also offer physical contacts if the healthcare problem explicitly requires it.
Based on the urgency, an answer will be provided through an advanced self-diagnosis scan. This could be in the form of healthcare advice, an e-consultation, or a video call. At all times, a general practitioner will assess and monitor the advice in the background.
Our “CloudPatient” can approach us digitally 24/7 for all healthcare questions, will have the option to schedule video call consultations, request repeat prescriptions, and will be able to view parts of their medical record, as well as all correspondence from their specialists with their CloudDokter.

By now offering extensive digital care in addition to regular care, where patients can explicitly opt for this, we expect that we can somewhat mitigate the future shortage of general practitioners. As we are in the initial phase and we want to align digital care as much as possible with the wishes of patients, feedback is very welcome.
